Coronary Arterio-venous Fistulae.

The discovery of a continuous murmur at an unusual site over the praecordium presents an interesting diagnostic problem. Abnormalities of the coronary circulation are among the possible causes for such a finding, but they are rare. In this report we describe three patients with coronary arterio-venous fistulae and draw attention to the ease and elegance of the diagnosis of this condition by retrograde aortography.
